Which size should I get?
We recommend you to read our product descriptions. In these descriptions there is more information regarding fit, materials and special features.
The item that I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
We feel sorry for you that the item that you wanted is out of stock. Depending on the style, garment and season it will be restocked. You can always contact our customer service team via email or phone.
The item I purchased is damaged or delivered in the wrong size. What should I do?
We are sorry for the disappointment. We recommend you to contact our customer service via email or phone. They will provide you with a solution to this problem. Please do not send your damaged or wrong-delivered items immediately back to our warehouse. Contact us first, this way we can provide you with an authorization code to ship back a damaged product.
How do I take care of my items?
Every product comes with a care label on the inside of the garment. We strongly recommend you follow the instructions on the care label. If you still have questions regarding the treatment of your items, you can always contact us via email or phone.



Orders & Delivery


I did not receive a confirmation regarding my order. Why not?
It can take up to two hours till you receive a confirmation of your order. Please check your spam box as well.

If the payment has been processed and you still did not receive an email after two hours. Please contact our customer service via email or phone.
What is the current status of my order?
Right after you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
I filled in the wrong shipping address. What do I do now?
Please don’t panic! Everybody makes mistakes and we always find a solution to this problem. Please note that it may result in a delayed delivery date.

To guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make adjustments.
What is the current status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email directly after you placed your order. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. When your order is picked and ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking number via your email. You can click on the tracking number in your email to follow your order until it is delivered.
I am expecting a package, but it has not been delivered. What happened to my package?
We are sorry to hear that your package has not been delivered yet. Always check the tracking number you received in your mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time is changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.

Is the delivery address correct and is the estimated delivery time unchanged? Then please check your email to see if you received a note from your shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors, or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.
What is the delivery time?
Deliveries within The Netherlands:
All orders placed for 9 pm on working days will be shipped the same night and will be delivered the next working day. We offer standard shipping to your address or at a local PostNL pick-up point.

Returns


What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return product unused within 30 days of receiving them. You can open the package and fit the items. Once we have received your returned good(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Note: returns will only be accepted if items are unused, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original In Gold We Trust labels and hangtags attached.
How can I return my item(s)?
Makes sure you return items within 30 days after receiving them. Orders must be returned with our return policy as guidance. Return costs are not covered by In Gold We Trust.

Fill in the return form and add it to the parcel. We kindly request you to re-use the parcel you received, this makes it more ecofriendly to return goods. If you did not receive a return form, click here to download a return form. Then attach the return sticker to the outside of the box. Be aware that the sticker is not a prepaid return label. You will have to pay for the return costs.

What are the costs to return an item?
The costs of return may differ depending on which country you are shipping from. Please check with your local post office for current pricing. Please note that return shipments are at your own expense.
When can I expect my refund?
Your money will be refunded as soon as we have processed your return. Within 5 working days your money will be refunded to the same payment method you ordered with.
Is it possible to exchange items?
We don’t exchange products. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or product, we recommend you follow our regular return process and order a new item.

Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will always be sent to you in the confirmation email. If you can’t find your invoice, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.
What is VAT? And are these included in the price?
VAT stands for Value Added Taxes. These are taxes paid on top of the price of the products. Customers within the European Union pay taxes that are already included in the price. If you purchase from a country outside the European Union you will have to VAT in the form of import duties.
